StyroSheet EPS sheets are durable and long-lasting; a material of choice that can be used across multiple industries for a range of applications. 

Manufactured in Australia, EPS, StyroSheet is renowned for its excellent thermal performance, strength-to-weight ratio, shock absorption and acoustic benefits. EPS sheets are the ideal core component for Insulcon Panel system. They are safe to handle, easy to install, contain no CFC and are 100% recyclable.

As a foam insulation material, StyroSheet can be used for both external and internal polystyrene insulation requirements across commercial and residential building applications. Suitable for use on steel stud & timber stud structures, polystyrene foam provides an efficient and economical insulation solution. Weather resistant, with excellent thermal insulation properties and low moisture absorbency, expanded polystyrene sheets help protect against the effects of temperature and noise.

Polystyrene foam sheets can also be used across retail and creative applications. Highly versatile, it is an economical solution for custom signage, foam board signage, retail displays and even theatre props.

EPS polystyrene fire properties

All Styroboard EPS products are manufactured from a fire-retardant raw material and do not present a fire hazard when correctly installed. Like other organic materials, polystyrene will burn when in contact with a flame, but it will self-extinguish when the fire source is removed.

Polystyrene foam environmental properties

No ozone-depleting or CFC gases are produced during the manufacture of Styroboard EPS products. For each kilogram of oil used in the manufacturing process, savings of up to 200kg of heating fuel can be made over the average life of a house. In turn, this plays a positive role in reducing carbon dioxide emissions and the effects of global warming.
